WHO CAN ACCESS INFORMATION?
Members control who can access to their information. Access to information is granted to anyone provided with the eREC Member ID. Otherwise, information is restricted.

In the event of emergency, emergency response personnel such as hospital staff members or police officers locate the Member Card when searching for identification. They are able to access the eREC account using the Member Card.

School officials or Human Resources personnel retrieve the Member ID number from personal records. eREC provides these organizations with the member's ID electronically, if authorized by the member.

No more forgetting to update a school or employer of a number change.
